NEST BUILDER – Chennai Wrong sales and Harrass customer in commitments- No improved construction standard- Positive review clients will face consequences after sales or handover
They make several commitments during the sales process, but many of them are not fulfilled after booking. Until the booking is completed, the team follows up regularly. However, once the payment is made, communication becomes extremely poor and responses are delayed or completely ignored.
Customers are forced to repeatedly follow up for every single concern. Instead of resolving issues properly, the team often provides standard replies and justifications for all complaints raised. It appears to be a consistent pattern across the entire team.
Buyers should be prepared to personally follow up and manage issues themselves if they choose to invest in their projects. The design standards are also not satisfactory, and client suggestions or ideas are generally not considered.
